Ms. Wilenchik practices in the area of family law, including divorce, legal separation, paternity, child custody, child support, modification and enforcement actions, and premarital agreements. Ms. Wilenchik received her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University in 1998. Ms. Wilenchik also received her J.D. degree from Arizona State University College of Law in 2001. She has been licensed to practice law in both the Arizona State Courts and the U.S. District Courts of Arizona since 2001. Ms. Wilenchik was a coordinator for the Advocacy for Battered Women Program at the College of Law. Ms. Wilenchik previously served on the Board of the Family Law Section of the Maricopa County Bar Association. Ms. Wilenchik has worked with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children on international custody disputes under the Hague Convention and received an award of merit from the National Center in recognition and appreciation for her outstanding commitment to the protection of children and her knowledge of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. In 2010, Jami Wilenchik was appointed to serve as a Judge Pro Tempore in Maricopa County Superior Court where she is assigned to the Family Court Bench and as a Family Court Settlement Judge. Jami is a compassionate advocate for her clients and an Arizona native.
