Once the initial divorce papers are filed with the Clerk of the Court, you will need to take the steps necessary to serve your spouse with the divorce papers. Additional information concerning the process needed to obtain a default Decree of Dissolution, or to submit a Consent Decree of Dissolution, if applicable to your case, can be found by visiting the Maricopa County Superior Court website at www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov and clicking on the link titled “Self-Service Center.”
