Arizona Divorce KitWe are now offering a Document Preparation Service for filing initial divorce petitions in Maricopa County. Some refer to these as an Arizona Divorce Package or an Arizona Divorce Kit. All documents in your Divorce Package will be prepared by our staff and reviewed by an Arizona Attorney before being provided to you. This Document Preparation Service is available to you for the flat fee of $450.00. Here Is How It Works: To utilize this service, you must provide detailed information to us online and pay the document preparation fee ($450.00) by credit card or Pay Pal. We will then prepare the initial divorce package (the documents required by the Court at the initial filing of the divorce) based on the information you supply to us online. You will receive the complete package of the documents you are required to file with the Court, as well as comprehensive and straightforward instructions on how to file those documents with the Court and initiate the divorce process. We can deliver the documents to you by mail or email, at your option. Once the initial divorce papers are filed with the Clerk of the Court, you will need to take the steps necessary to serve your spouse with the divorce papers. Additional information concerning the process needed to obtain a default Decree of Dissolution, or to submit a Consent Decree of Dissolution, if applicable to your case, can be found by visiting the Maricopa County Superior Court website at www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov and clicking on the link titled “Self-Service Center.” By using this service, you are not establishing an attorney-client relationship with Wilenchik & Larson, PLLC.
